I think Razor would have probably defeated any of these guys today in my honest opinion based on what I have seen.

He would probably fair pretty well, the boxers today just dont seem to have the extra love for the sport as Razor and so many others from the 90's, I mean sure most of the boxers you listed are tough and maybe even a little stronger than Razor, but you have to have the drive and love for the sport to pull off upsets and win matches.

He would have a great chance against all of these.
I was quite impressed with Valuev's last performance he looked fairly quick for his size
Toney if his head is right is a fine boxer.
Rahman is a decent puncher.
I would take Ruddock to still beat the other 3 easily.

You know what, I bet he would not do too badly against this crop.
Ruddock lost to some pretty elite fighters during his career, Lennox, Tyson, etc. He only lost five professional bouts, of which four were to future or current champions. Of the fighters on your list, I think the only two who would beat him would be Toney and Rahman. I think he would beat the rest of them.

Very well, none of these heavyweights are extraordinary skill wise. He has the best chin in boxing. You definitely couldn't rule him out because of his physical strength. Not the best boxer, but tough. That still counts for something.
