I'd say yes. Women are generally more sensitive and intuitive and so will tend to have keen emotional intelligence. It isn't that men don't have it (some men probably have it in spades) but it is stronger in women.

Well apparently so... since I scored 132 on an online emotional Intelligence test, and only 127 on my actual IQ:-)

Its emotional intelligence and YES all human beings have emotional intelligence ..it's relative to how much one may have
