Don't sweat it. You'll probably keep growing until you are 20-ish. But even if you don't, count it as a blessing. I'm tall and the only advantage I can see is that I get reach the top shelf of my cabinets easier.

Aside from that I have back and neck problems, my head hits the roof of most cars, I don't fit in airplane seats easily, I hit my head on pipes in garages, everyone tells me how tall I am, I can't find clothing and shoes that fit and look good without paying a fortune, and statistically I get to die earlier.

Trust me, there are way more advantages to being shorter.

I think that you should really eat more green vegetables and fruits. I know that that is what you are told since you were a child. However, they really do help. They provide carbohydrates, proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids, minerals., and vitamins. Some of these are essential to the growth process. Not only that, but your overall metabolism and health will improve. Trust me, I have studied about the human body.

I am assuming you are a male, since most females don't complain about height. Don't worry about your height, you are only 16. I didn't stop growing until I was 20 or so. You have plenty of time to catch up.

There are a lot of (dietary) supplements out in the market that help people grow taller. Look them up and try some. There should be no risk since they're just supplements.

But if it really worries you, tell your doctor this during your next check-up and he/she might give you more specific and helpful advice.

Unfortunately, genetics are the main determining factor for how tall you'll grow. The only advice I can give is if you smoke, stop now! Smoking has been shown in certain studies to stunt growth...

Or do you know reflexology?
