I was listening to this preacher and he was talking about the rapture. For those who read the bible God compare the end of times to labor pains, well this preacher broke it down and was talking about how right now with the flood ( in the tsuanmi, New Orleans, Mississippi, the floods north east) are the beginning of labor pains ( pregnant women water have to break first) so what we're experiencing now is the beginning of labor. Now is not the time to play get ready yall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And also if yall been watching CNN, there might be a war over there near Jeruslam and if it goes in that city..........Jesus is here!!

Yall get ready.

That is not a question, it's a sermonette.

And it's the same little sermon churches have been preaching since before medieval times.

It was a fairy tale then and it's still a fairy tale.

Thank God!!! I've been waiting. It hurts too much here on earth. The thing is, if we are at the beginning stages of the 2ND coming, it could still take 100 years or a 1000 years for the actual second coming to get here. If that the case, then we have to hang on here in this cesspool. That's only my opinion of course. I hope I'm wrong. I would love to see the 2nd coming first hand. And I hope I've been worthy enough to warrant going with the Lord.

If you read Mat.Chpt.24,Mark Chpt 13 and Luke Chpt21,you will find
In these three gospel accounts Jesus' words recorded describing what composite sign would mark the period of time called "the last days"
Also 2Tim.3:1-5,the apostle Paul gives us further insight as to what we may expect.
These prophecies are being fulfilled today. We are living in the last days. And just as "pangs of distress" things will only escalate until the climax of God's war of Armageddon. When the enthroned King Jesus will ride as executioner and destroy all traces of Satan's system, along with all the wicked who stand in opposition to Jehovah.
In the meantime,Jehovah's Witnesses are fulfilling another prophecy found at Mat.24:14 which reads:"This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth, and then the end will come."

Unfortunately, we do not know when Jesus will come back. He states that He will come back as a thief in the night. Bad things have always happened and will continue to do so until He comes. Israel went to war in 1968, did that mean the day was close? I don't think we can ever know even the season that He may choose to come.

Friend, we are not in the last days. The people alive in A.D. 50 thought that they were in the last days and in the 1956 years since, that has never changed. Look at it mathematically, there were 3,000 years before Christ, 2,000 years after Christ. That makes it only Friday morning, we have all Friday and Saturday left, which is about 1,994 years.

Yes. Don't think this a fecicious answer, but, ever since Jesus left, it's been the last days. For the mere reason of Luke 12:37, that says," It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. I tell you the truth, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them." Although He is OUR servant, AND WE HIS, brothers, and sisters with Christ, I think of Christ in such terms, for all the things He HAS GIVEN ME!!

No One knows the time or day or season. It could be today tomorrow or 1000 years from now. So stated in the Bible. So, yes, we should always be watching for Him in the clouds.
