Gatorade would be fine...especially if they are athletic or not feeling well. Red Bull would be fine too if you want to do nothing but chase them around all day (is this a workout plan for you or a way to tire them out so they sleep at night?). In all honesty, give the kids the Gatorade and you drink the Red Bull, just DON'T give the Red Bull to the kids. Trust me on this, I work with kids.

purple bull is way worse fora 14 year old youngster. the reason being because gatorade has sugar . purple bull has great ammounts of caffine. although analyze have shown that until eventually you drink or intake extra then 500mg of caffine an afternoon it may't truly result you. it truly is shown in wide-spread man or woman people. Gatorade has coloring sugar and facilitates refill electrolites. If a athlete replaced into evaluating preformance through redbull and gatorade, purple bull would have a short burst and then a caffine/sugar crash. Gatorade at the same time as not as solid as water, does help athletes at the same time as no smart athlete would take a redbull previously a sport. besides redbull would not style solid in any respect at the same time as gatorade can style solid at situations.
