I recommend NY for starters. And then go to the station... scope them out. And "bump" into the one you have your sights on.

This is not a dating site - but I would suggest you buy a ticket to new York - plane or boat. Just walk around in new york I am sure you are going to see plenty of police officers.
What a weird question - by the way - this is also a question that is asking for information that might invade the privacy of those people.

Unless youre a nurse you don't stand a chance. Police officers hook up with nurses, because they work the same sad shifts. There are several cop bars, try there.

Patrol officers can be found in patrol cars.
To find one, all you have to do is drive about 90 on any public thoroughfare. You'll find one sooner or later.
