Try your .gov or .edu site for the state where you received your GED.

Contact the school that you got the GED at. They can give you the information you need.

Do you know the state and county in which you got your GED? I had to do this for my cousin. We called the Virginia dept. of Ed, they asked the county and approximate year and gave us the address to write and send $10.00 and they sent him a copy.
If you know the state look up their Dept. of Ed site on the web and they will atg least have a phone number if not a link for info.
