I think so. I'm not sure what exactly 'soul' means and whether it's truly a 'supernatural' phenomenon or something scientifically observable, but I believe there is something I, as a human, have in common with other humans and animals that makes me different from, say, a stone or a human corpse. Something leaves the body when we die. Maybe it's just an electrical impulse.
But whatever it is, if Christians have it, atheists do too.

being an atheist I know the Bible doesn't hold any authority to you. In my studies of it though I have found a very comforting thought. In the beginning when we were made, it says,"Man came to be a living soul." So he was not given a soul, he himself is a soul. This also applys to all living things, "they came to be souls" the bible also talks of the condition of the dead, in Ecclesiastes 9:5 it states," For the living are conscious that they will die, but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all." It never states those who sin will suffer in hell. In fact in another scripture Ezekiel 18:4(the last sentence) says," The soul that is sinning, it itself will die."
So pointedly, no you don't have a soul, none of us do, we are all living souls.

Atheists are bias individuals who take a stand not because they believe on their point of view or their beliefs are balanced. Most of them are atheists because they don't want to consider the idea of God, or the existence of God. Read what the lady above me wrote, "If I believe there is a soul, I would have to believe there is a God." In other terms, she is really saying, "I don't want to believe there is a God; therefore, I am not going to believe there is a soul." As believers, we are only asking that you give God a try, just like you choose not to believe.

We all choose our beliefs because at the end of the REAL day thats all it is about. Believing in something doesn't give you a soul, only you can give yourself a soul but what actions you do in your journey through life will determine how strong that soul is. Its all up to you...

Mmm. According to the Bible, only humans have souls. I don't remember whether God says atheists and people who worship other gods (he calls them 'idolaters') have souls. But, if you view the soul as your identity, then every human has a soul, no matter who they worship (or don't) and so do many animals.

Yes. Your 'soul'/guardian angel is your subconscious, which takes care of you and your body whether you are awake or not. That part goes on after physical death, just like you can take your consciousness and go out -of-body now.
Of course, the afterlife has very little to do with the descriptions given to it by our religions that arose out of the mid-east.

I think it depends on if you believe in souls. I don't think I do, but then again I'm not really sure if I understand what a soul is- it's something I think about alot.

People are the only earthly creatures that have souls.
Father - Son - Holy Ghost
Body - Soul - Spirit
Let us make man in Our image.
