You can check with The American Medical Association. At worst, you may have to get certifications that are mandated here. At best, you come on over and someone like me will credential you after review of your CV.

Yup, as long as you pass the requisite licensing exams.
I've actually worked with folk who got their MD in Ireland, and came over here. Medicine isn't quite the same here as there--our system is not nationalized, you understand--and a lot of folks will choose to do some time in an appropriate residency program (one in their field of skill and preference) to get used to the differences in the system, and to the different resources, but as long as you can pass the licensing exams, you're good to go.

Technically, yes, but it may be difficult to find a job here. I am in health care and it is not unusual for a hospital to not even consider hiring someone who went to medical school in another country. This is because of inconsistencies in training from one country to the next.

I'm pretty sure you can. I came across this because I'm going to Ireland for 4 years of college (I'm from the USA). They said that they would check to make sure that my credits transferred over but I'd be OK to teach as long as I passed the teacher's certification I imagine that it's probably a similar situation.

I'm sure there is a qualifying process in which they administer tests to confirm your knowledge, but I'm sure that after you take some sort of examination it would be no problem. Oh, and when you get to America, IM me. I loooove Irish girls. :)
