Ya i always dreamt about it when i was young. Now i hardly have this kind of dreams. I was sometimes aware of myself in my dreams and i knew i am dreaming in the dream! So i will just do whatever i want to do like just jump down the cliff or what! Power right?
I heard that having this kind of dream means that u are fear of lossing of power and feeling out of control in your reality life.. Are facing such problem?

Yes its happened to me right when I am about to hit the grown I wake up shaking. The first time it happened to me I was a girl and in my dream I was falling form my brother's bedroom balcony but my fall was sooooo long I could even feel the wind on my face everything was white around like a cloud than suddenly I wake up with a shake. I think I got so in shock with my dream that I went to my brother's bedroom to check how high was his balcony...!?
I know I had others similar dreams but as people say " the first time we never forget".
I think because we all have a certain level fear of highs as like as others fears that once in a while (when something start our highs fears during our regular days) we "face" in our dream.
During the day I had the dream falling from my brother's balcony, we had a fight where he fretted on throw my Doll from his balcony. As any other girl the doll usually an extension of ourselves.
I hope my conclusion and my experience come to answer your question.

Occasionally. Rumor has it that people don't dream they hit the ground. When they do, they die. A few years ago, I dreamt that I fell from a building, bounced a couple of times, and finally woke up when in my dream I was still in mid-air. Which made me wonder if I was dying that night? But seeing as I'm feeling great, I doubt there's any truth in the rumor.

During puberty, I had alot of falling dreams. In a semi-conscious state, I would realize that I was falling and just went along for the ride. Interestingly if you are not scared about it, it is quite exhilarating. One of my favorite recurring dreams is flying ones. I would be falling and then I would be flying.

Only in adult years. Never in my youth and I had no fear of heights. I have, since those dreams. I have not had those dreams for a few years now, since my life has fallen apart.
This is the first time I've thought of or realized that.
