I 'm using Ulead video studio9 and some of my video clips are in MPEG-4 Movie. I want to change it into the format that I can use in Ulead Videostudio9.(the file type called " video clip" is working, but not MPEG-4) Does anyone know how to do it?

Use Imtoo Mpeg Encoder. U can convert any file to any other format u want.

You could play them without changing the format. Download MPEG-4 Plugin for Ulead 9 from there http://www.ulead.com/events/vs9_hdv/runme.htm
