Commercial pilots, are your flights very routine, do you get tired of it? is is "just a job" some days?

I'm not a pilot, rather, a Flight Dispatcher. We work very hard behind the scenes to ensure that the pilots' days are routine! I know sometimes for me, the work is routine and those are the days that I enjoy! Having a routine flight for the flight crew means EVERYTHING is done with the utmost in SAFETY. Boring??? Perhaps but vital. The majority of pilots I know really do like their jobs (sometimes not their schedules though!)
