how do I get a TV bought in USA to work in Africa without braking the bank?

ie, USA uses NTSC while they use either PAL or SECAM in Africa

If the TV has PAL m, then you should be able to connect a set top box to the tv. If that doesn't work, bin it and get one from where you live.
