no answers like he talks to me in my prayer or stuff like that. what i mean by the questions is like why arent there any prophets today? no moses or noah or dudes like that? if god talks to people these day in a way you can physically hear his voice then why cant you just say your a prophet and and your own book to the bible?

The Bible is complete. Nothing shall be removed or added. The prophets of today are charged to authoritatively decalre the Word of God.

why did god only talk to people(physically) in bible times?
1. May be he can't talk.
2. May be bible is only human creation.
3. May be he don't really exist.
4. May be he is a writer.
5. May be he has a pretty secretary so he asks her to type so he could be with her all the time.

May be those guys who "create" god.
why cant you just say your a prophet and and your own book to the bible?
Because I have my time for something else.

these days everything is analyzed percicely in the western world, and a person who hears voices of gods, is usually concidered sick in some way.
There will be no more prophets in this world anymore. That time when people or society were fooled by things like that, is over. It`s just numbers in a bank account and things like that.

God DOES talk to people...physically...all the time. And the world is filled with present-day prophets and just like in the Bible times, some are true prophets, some are false prophets.
And just like in the Bible times, many people still don't listen to God.
Nothing's changed.

who says there are no prophets? i heard some of the prophecy's of today and people who talk to god. things are not so black and white as to beleive soley what is in the bible. just cause its written down, doesn't mean thats the only path or teachings that lead to god.

first off who says god is a male?the bible isn't complete either there are many books left out.people today would be seen as crazy if the said i saw or spoke to jesus.not in my prayers but he popped up and me and big j went and had a cool bud and a deep discussion.look what the did to david koresh

Because people were ignorant then and would readily believe anyone who claimed to be a prophet. Then these prophets wrote gospels to brainwash the people. No one is that dumb these days.

people are not as stupid and gullable now as in biblical times. They are however gullible to the extent of sending money to Jerry Fallwell and the like. There is no god or prophets just people trying to take advantage of poor, stupid people by PREACHING THE WORD. you, my brother or sister, are a prophet to me. Where do I send the check ???

my unreserve apology is here by presented b4 i made this comment:if u demistify Bible(including any other religious books) u'll know that it's not different 4rm any other fiction books.to me it's just the creative instinct of the writer that we need to respect.I believe we still have profect just like those days doing the same thing they did,it just that our writers this days are not intrested in mystifying the whole senerio.
