Brown leather sofas would look great in a green wallpapered room. I'd add another color in the mix using throw pillows, candles etc...plum would enhance the room.
As for the floor, if it's wood, I'd put down an area rug with all three colors in it. There are so many options; go with your instinct and your likes and dislikes. Happy decorating!!!

Yes, the brown leather sofas would look great with the green wallpaper. You will need to add accent colors of maybe creams, shades of blue that will blend with the brown.
Also throw in maybe some plums or mauve print/design for a little whimsey. Pillows Pillows Pillows with different textures. Not sure what look your going for but these colors will work for you.
If that does not work for you, look in decorating magazines, visit your local stores or check out hgtv.com

Yes they wood. Put them on a hardwood floor with throw rugs over that which use the wallpaper colours. Green throw pillows to tie in and a beautiful pulled together room is born.

an off white carpet would look nice and would not show the dirt as much
