It could be, with my wife it was cleaning chemicals/personal products, the unnatural chemicals caused hers. The additives in food could be causing yours.

Most definately. I have first hand knowledge of migraines due to food allergies. I have not been able to have a banana in over 11 years or mushroom in over 8 years. If I have either of those, or if those are used in cooking, it will send me to the ER.
Also, MSG is a big no-no! When eating any oriental food, ask for no MSG.
Those are my triggers. Took me having a migraine from years (yes, years), a week-long stay in a hospital specializing in migraines, and learning what foods were triggers for me.
Good luck.

Yes, most defenitely!
Headaches are one of the more common signs of a food alergy.
One example is MSG, found in Chinese carry out and Doritos, known to cause migraines in those who are sensitive to it.
Asparatame, an artificial sweetener known by most as: Equal or NutraSweet is also known to trigger migrains. I'm highly sensitive to that one.

Some say Red wine, but it's actually the "tannens" in it that causes the headaches. These Tannens can be found in sharp cheeses as well.

Yes, many foods are known to trigger migraines-chocolate, red wine, and almost all allergic reactions can trigger them.
