Due are you mad. Dont even think of going to goa this time. You'll shrivel up like a prune in the kind of rains you got there. You'll be just holed up in your room all the time. Best time to go is Dec lots of fun stuff to do and relatively best climate. Can your plans....

Yes check up the weather though it might be raining
but summers are the best time to go

NO,this is not the correct time because it's too rainy.
Better you go during summer or late winter.
Because I had an experience.

Well if you live in the USA, I would say wait a month if you can. Over the 4th there will be crowds. I hate crowds.
