what about fast food? lol. jk. probaby not. if it is for a lunch break i dont really know but if you are off why not make wrapped meat. it is very good.
you have like a ball of ground beef and wrap one peice of bacon around the middle and put seasoning on it. then stick it in the oven. it is very good. and i guess have a side with it.
