Sanghuani, this is not a criticism of your question, but if I may, I would like to point out a couple of errors in it. 'Grammer' should be Grammar. 'keep doing mistakes' should be 'keep making mistakes'. I think 'report' should be plural - 'reports'. 'and have strong etc' should read 'and have a strong command of the English etc'. Also, try not to abbreviate words at any time 'Pls'.
You see, you have already improved if you learn the above. Keep reading quality English books, not magazines unless it is the Readers Digest which always has good English in its articles. Keep trying, you are nearly there with a little more practice. Good luck................(and don't forget 'check spelling' - you can write long answers in anyone's questions, use the Check Spelling etc. and if you don't want to submit it, merely do not press 'submit' and it will disappear).........

To check ur grammar u have to be very clear about tense & use of words for which u have to read some grammar books. Now it is difficult & boaring for u to do it but everyday u do a chapter & use it in ur day to day conversation & writing,
For having a strong command over English read more & more books magazines of ur interest otherwise u wil find it boaring so start reading newspapers which is very essential for u so that u can learn more vocabulary & different use of words.

read, read, read... listen, listen, listen...... the only way is to immerse yourself in the language as deeply as possible. As a non native speaker, you have to get to the point where you do not translate from your native tongue into English, but think in English (best way to tell: you dream in English).

I do not believe that actively 'learning grammar' will work too well, you need to develop a feel for it and that comes through practice, not study
