Looking back at my question I realised that I forgot to mention that the survey was conducted in the UK - hence the news is that 1 in 7 uk mouslims believe that suicide bombings are justifyied. For actual details of the reports, sign into any news agency in the uk ie the BBC and get details of the survey there. Apologies for any confusion caused. But to the A55 hole(s) who wish me death for asking this question - you are helping to reinforce the wests negative opinion of your religion.

Wow, i am muslim and all of the people i know disagree with suicide bombings as i do - i dont think this is right at all and i believe that suicide is wrong in itself...even before the other killings, its murder and there is no excuse for that - islam is a religion of peace and tranquility - how can any muslim mistake suicide bombings as an act of faith?
What i mean is, you should not consider these suicide bombers as muslims, they are not muslims, they just think they are.

Yesterday the news all over the world broadcasted the barbarian crime of the American troops in Iraq when 5 of them raped a 15 year old Iraqi girl and then killed and burned her and her family including a baby. When her two brothers came from school they faced the disaster. Now do you blame those two brothers if they become suicide bombers to revenge for the murder of their family? Remember they have no other means other than exploding themselves with their enemies or who represent them, as the only way of getting revenge. Now consider this, what are the differences between Apache and F16 targeting civilians to kill them, and suicide bombers doing the same for revenge? I find two differences; the Americans and Israelis usually start the aggressions and they are both VERY VERY coward as they don’t face their targets, while the suicide bombers are responding to the hostilities and they are brave, if you think I am wrong prove it. I don't think suicide bombers terrorist but helpless victims who seek revenge from the true terrorists the Americans and Israeli. Watch what is going on in Gaza and decide for your self.

I think if you are in their places, if you see your sister, daughter or mother raped by a monster who is raping 15 years old girl or killing a few months old baby, or your house and land been taken away from you by force you will do the same that if you have a dignity.
this answer can be also for those who always saying that only Muslims men are raping or marrying a young girls, just read the news what you American are doing in Iraq

People say things in anger, does'nt mean they will act it out.
I don't think anyone can justify murder except in self defence. And there was no self defence going on when a young woman walked into a church strapped up and ready to kill people in the middle of prayers.
But people murdered other people in Northern Ireland too, catholics against protestants. protestants against catholics. How many of them would have said it was justified in a poll at the height of those troubles.
It's amazing what cause a person will back to justify their actions.
It is people who are cruel to other people, not god, but they have to invent a reason.
religion and politics, both man-made. people seem to have to have something to push against, because people come together in joint adversity. they need to belong to something.

Surveys mean nothing. "Hate" goes against Christianity but I bet if you polled 1,000 Christians, the majority would say that they don't "hate" anybody.
The shocker is that ALL Christians are sinners too...some as "bad" as suicide bombers...some more benign. ALL sins are an affront to God.
How about all of these "Christians" who spend their time trying to destroy the faith of others? (e.g. "If you stay Catholic (or Muslim, or Jewish) you're going to Hell!) That by itself is the only sin mentioned in the Bible as being the one sin that God doesn't forgive!
