WOW that is a good one, let's see, meat sucks.. no just kidding..

ok, meat is full of protien, but also has carbs and fats
veggi has no fat no carbs but little to none protien

you are better off with the veggi one, and experiment with tofu-I know all people hate it at first, but try a stir fry or with lobster sauce, it can be yummmmo

good luck

man i hate to say it because i can't even imagine not being able to eat a steak or burger but vegetarian is the better route. I don't say this because i think the actual meat is bad for you. What is bad for you is all the chemicals in meat. we are going to go through some major changes in the next 40 years, as the pepsi generation and all the children that have been subjected to the massive amounts of chemicals ages and retires. no other time in history has a society's changed so dramatically. it worries me what the future holds all because of the chemicals we now consume on a daily basis

Vegetarian. You won't have high cholesterol, you'll have a 50% lower risk of heart disease, won't eat as much saturated fats...there's a whole list of reasons as to why it's better for you. As long as it's a HEALTHY vegetarian diet it's all good. Meat based protein is bad for you anyway - and if you don't eat animals, you won't have the fact that you're promoting animal cruelty on your conscience. Also, you're bound to eat more fibre and greens, which is definately a plus, and by not eating meat you won't be exposing yourself to the harmful cancer-causing anitiotics and hormones that are fed to animals.

If you have to choose, I'd go with vegetarian, because eating only meats in the long run could give you problems in many ways. But obviously the best choice is to eat both and get the best of both worlds.

Vegetarian by far. Meat eaters are subject to growth hormones and antibiotics which are fed to the animals.
As a healthy vegan I can assure you that meat eating is not healthy. Vegetables, tofu, lentils, nuts and beans give us all the nutrients we need.
You also have to think of animal cruelty.
Visit peta.org and they may enlighten you but at the end of the day the decision is yours.

Vegetarian because of the absence of those fats w/c are present in animal meat (cholesterol) w/c cause blockage in arteries, eventually ending in heart attacks. A vegetarian diet also is helpful in digestion, specially when eating fibrous vegetables.

A vegetarian diet is more healthy for your body and also for the planet. If people were meant to eat meat, they would die if they were vegetarians.

A vegetarian diet is much healthier in my opinion, mainly because it has way less carbs and fat than a non vegetarian diet would have.
