It's 2:30 a.m. here in Canada too.....I know about feeling sad, do you want to tell us why you are feeling so sad? Sometimes just talking about the problem helps...I'm sure there are many people on here who care and want you to feel better, and I'm one of them...so how about sharing your story. Maybe someone can help

Are you sad because it's 2:30 or are you just sad. I don't care what time of day or night it is, I have learned to love myself enough to be happy all the time. Life is too short to sit around being sad

I'm in Michigan too. Where are you? I'm sad, irritated and angry but just trying to do my best and not think about it. Thinking about it only makes me more upset. If I think about the things I can do to make it better, then I feel better. We can all be sad together. LOL. Why are you sad?

I do. I have a sister in - law their and she's sad as hell too. Wish I could help, But I'm in the big state of Texas.( sad as hell too.)
