If you are a pervert or have a smart elec remark to make, please don't answer this question.
I am a woman and have no clue about the function of this male organ. I would prefer men to answer since they own this equipment, but ladies if you have second hand info shared with you by a man, I'll take it.

Yes, my son is 7. I guess I shouldn't be concerned since this has happened to other guys. I suppose I should be okay with the fact that he shares things like this with me, but I really wish he'd tell his dad!!!

People NEVER cease to amaze me on this forum. I think most people understood when I said I have no idea how this male organ works what I was talking about. Of course I know what it does, but I have no idea how one feels or is supposed to feel or what kind of feeling would be abnormal. You guys need to quit being so dad gum picky!

I've got to assume your son is in the 4 - 8 yr old range. My son is almost 6 and he's been "penis aware" since he was 3 and "found" his during one of his bath times and had to have me come in and look.) I've got to think that your son's reaction has to do with the vibration and pressure changes due to speed and ever changing directions the rides take. I have to believe it's normal.
The fact he told you, his Mom, means that he's young enough that the privacy filter hasn't kicked in. As a single mom, when my son shares this sort of anecdote, I just nod and tell my son that's interesting and thank you for the info, but that he shouldn't talk about it in a public setting; that his penis is a private matter. For him, he seems just to be sharing info about stuff he's learning that might be of interest to other people.

I can’t tell you about the tickle but I think I can help with the, “I suppose I should be okay with the fact that he shares things like this with me, but I really wish he'd tell his dad!!!”
Dad’s are in an unusual situation at this age. On one hand a guy is not suppose to be talking to another guy (even his dad) about his penis unless it is something really concerning. IOW, the dad might just say, “Hum, don’t worry about it.” Basically dad wants to say, “Look son we don’t talk about our thing, we talk about the girl’s thing” but he is too young for that. But since dad’s are so short to the point, except sitting down for the one “major” conversation, he thinks mom will elaborate more about it.
I will guess about the tickle thing… have you every heard that someone was so excited they had to pee? Believe it or not I can remember how exciting a rollercoaster is and there isn’t many things more exciting than a rollercoaster at that age.

I've raised 2 children of my own, have many friends with grandchildren and I have a husband, so I believe I qualify.
First of all, I hope your son is wearing underwear. If not, please take care of this immediately and buy some for him. Underwear will keep things in place.
Secondly, little boys tend to grab themselves, play with their penis and are easily stimulated. My thoughts of being on a roller coaster reminded me that there is a lot of vibration, so this is probably the reason why he says the ride "tickles" his penis. This would be normal. I suggested the underwear because it tends to keep the stimulation down by not allowing a lot of freedom for things to move, bounce or rub.
May I add that if he grabs his penis and begins playing with it, remind him that he is not to do that in public and leave it at that. Many little boys do this, again, normal, but be sure to address it.
I hope this helps.

I understand that you would prefer a male to answer this question, but I would like to try just the same. Does your son actually know what his penis is or is he referring to his penis when he might just mean that area? Your son might be feeling the vibrations of the ride and to him it "tickles." I would not make a big deal out of it anymore that I would if I caught him masterbating. It is normal.

Well you must have some knowledge of the male organ.
But the 'tickling" he is experiencing is similar to "butterflies' in your tummy when doing something as exciting and thrilling as riding a coaster, nothing to worry about, he is just having fun.

sounds preety normal he is just feeling the vibrations. Feel happy he thinks he can talk to you. Answer innocently that is makes you tickly in your feet. A penis is a part of the body. He is just telling you the roller coaster tickles it.No Worries

My friends son mentioned this feeling after being on a ferris wheel. I believe that "tickle" was the same word used to describe it. I guess it must be a normal reaction for little boys (maybe even the big boys, but too embarrassed to admit it).

I'm a mum and childcare worker.. Ive seen boy and girl babies play with themselves , cause it feels good, never get cross with them, just discourage it , it's normal for kids to feel that way sometimes , he probably got an erection from the ride cause it excited him, it's normal don't worry. But if he starts playing with it , just let him know that's something he should do in private and not tell the whole world about it.

it is fine, and yes normal. the movement of the ride causes a lot of diffrent feelings and if he is 7 then hes doesent quite understand all of those feelings yet. tell you husban to sit down with his son and explain the facts of life. i'm not saying tell him every thing, but just have a good talk about why you feel what you feel.
