I have never had a sushi roll, but my 6 year old niece loves California rolls, so they must be pretty good.

Any! All good! From Dragon-roll to Hand-roll... with Tamago to Himachi. But mine all time fav. Japanese food is Charashi and Sashimi. Been eating Sushi since 6. Grew up with them... but they are not my ethnic food.

Mine is Rainbow...California Roll garnished with fresh tuna, fresh salmon, shrimp, makarel, yellowtail and squid... over avocado... the colors and flavors will blow your mind...
there is also Ocean Roll: salmon, crab and cream cheese with eel sauce. Tuna Avocado and spicy mayo, Tempura Salmon and Asparagus roll, mackarel sashimi, mexican rolls, which is crab, eel and avocado enrolled on mexican tortilla topped with melted cheese and eel sauce....
