Probably not filled ones. The shells would probably be in the Italian/Mediterranean food section. I'd say filled ones would only be in the bakery and I don't know if they have a bakery (do they?) The filling isn't too hard to make.

I can't speak specifically to the Costco near you, but the one in Montgomeryville, PA doesn't carry cannolis. At least not that I've ever seen.
