When we say that the Bible is inspired, we are saying it is inspired in the original documents. "Inspiredness is not a quality attaching to corruptions which intrude in the course of the transmission of the text, but only to the text as originally produced by the inspired writers. The acknowledgment of biblical inspiration thus makes more urgent the task of meticulous textual criticism, in order to eliminate such corruptions and ascertain what that original text was."1 Therefore, when critics of the Bible point out apparent contradictions, what they are doing is either failing to understand the context of the passages they are examining, or they have encountered a scribal copying error. The fact is that there are indeed copyist errors on the biblical documents and they account for many alleged contradictions. Remember, it is the autographs (original writings) that are inspired and inerrant, not the copies. The copies we have now are copies of inspired documents.

The thing that makes Christianity different is that this was built on eyewitnesses, not myths & legends. Would Peter, John or Paul let themselves be viciously killed for what they knew was a lie if they did not see these things. See this is not like the terrorist you see dying for what was written in a book, they died for what they had seen & experienced in life. If you question the Bible as we know it, do some true rersearch with no presuppisitions & watch all the arguments fall away, everyone of them. Even the Quaran says the Bible was true, only after Muhammed's death did the Doctrine of Shariff come about saying that every Bible in exisistense had been corrupted. It doesn't matter what I say or believe, or if you don't agree with it but the question is, is it true?

I am so happy you are not at my front door.

I would feel really badly about having to do something really ugly to get you off my property.

I do not see a question. perhaps it did not take.

1. I know that the New Testament was not written by anyone who knew Jesus personnaly. The gospels were written in Greek by indiviuals near 80-100 years after the events of his life. 2. Prior to 325 CE (Nicene Council) there is no collection of books called bible. 3. The books in the Bible were voted with yea and nay votes to be included or not. 4. A fist fight happened over the issue of sonship of Jesus. 5. King James version Bible is the third English Bible 1000 years after the Roman Synad Bible, is missing 6 books, variations of the KJV exist today. 7. the prayer taught by Jesus begins with the 1st person possessive pronoun "OUR", Our Father means that we have the same dad, we are all sons and daughters of this Papa and should act like it, we should act our brother Jesus. 8. Jesus was guilty as charged. The charge was perdition, overthrow of the government. Remember the lady who tried to feed the parking meters to keep people from getting tickets in Ohio. She stood trial for interfering with revenue. Telling doctors to treat the sick for free, telling people to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and shelter the homeless is not much different.

Standing for right ain't easy pal.

Would Jesus fight in the current conflicts (wars)? Would Jesus raise gas prices just as people were escaping a flood? Would Jesus have stolen the land of another people, use torture, own slaves, sold slaves, rape anyone, fix prices,...

Submit a Detailed Question. Remember the essence of what is religion is our behaviour. Heaven is not a popularity contest decided by democratic vote. Its run by the true Monarch.

Actually I am right about Joshu, The zeta have met him on the Council of Worlds (the Divine Heavenly Council of the Bible) and confirmed his details re marriage community
Don't forget The early Kriste (Christian) warriors had two goes at burning down all the true records of his time.
As to all your quotes...um may be in fact Joshu did do certain miracles, and kept repeating his messages of service to others as the only way...not warrior religions or fighting or even eating meat or fish... as you may know anything living may have a resident human spirit in them, while waiting for the birthing guides. In fact Zarathustra, Mose Abraham John the Baptist and Joshu where all followers of the one true spirit
I am who I am Um seems the message has got corrupted somewhere along the line

I have always considered Strong's Exhaustive concordance to be some of your better leisure reading material too.

Whenever I get the chance, if I am at the dentist's office, or taking a sh*t, or just tired of Disney World and in need of some real fun, I find me a good concordance, and I sit down and just laugh and laugh and laugh and sometimes I cry.

It is so riveting.

What's with you MOTARD.

By the way, here is a question for everybody? Edit your questions and answer my question instead of this one.

What is a motard.

I'll repost it as a real question and give ten points to anyone who gets it right here.
