What is so marvelous about the human body is this - in all of us, there exists a protein recycling mechanism that has the ability to "complete" any amino acid mix from our bodies amino acid pool, no matter what the amino acid composition of a meal consumed is. In other words, if we consumed a diet of 100% raw and living food, our bodies intristically knows what it needs to do to create its own protein sources.
