definately salad spinner, but if like me, you don't have room in your tiny kitchen for one, you can shake the head as much as possible and then pull it apart still in large leaves. Lay a dish towell on the counter top, layer w/ a couple paper towells and put the lettuce. Cover w/ 2 more paper towells and another dish towell and blot. Dont' forget to re use the paper towells since they are damp but clean.

Drain in a colander and then lay a saucer upside down in the bottom of a bowl put the lettuce in the bowl and just lay a few paper towels in it to absorb the excess moisture.. If you eat a lot of salads it may be worth going to a five and dime and investing a few bucks in a salad spinner.

Spike the middle of the lettuce into your car antenna, then take it out for a drive. It should be dry in about 10 minutes. Warning note: this does not work when it's raining.

I have a salad spinner...put the lettuce in the spinner, put on lid and spin. Works really well but don't take the lid off before it has finished spinning...lol...found this out the hard way!!!

Salad tosser. They are overpriced little containers that spindry your greens. Im cheap though. I just put in in a towel and shake it a little. Thats a good way to store it in the fridge too. Its a good thing!

how do you dry yourself after a bath? use a bath towel. however one should note that one should pay special attention to the hair on top of the head. alot of people blow dry the hair while brushing to avoid tangles...
