I absolutley LOVE Mexican food! Any time I get to choose where we eat out, off to El Pueblos we go! That's our local Mexican Restaurant by the way...but yeah a quesadilla con pollo (chicken quesadilla) with a side or their rice stuff...oh my goodness it is so good! Nothing better than Mexican food!

girl let me tell you you just cant go wrong with Mexican food well i am from Puerto Rico but i married a Mexican before he came along my world was just tacos like any body who doesn't know the cuisine tacos and burritos that's all that i use to order but now he show me a whole new world out there carne asada, posole, menudo, sopes,tamales de cenisa con cerdo en mole verde ,carnitas do i need to go one there so much out there just enjoy also i visit Mexico 3 times love it and wouldn't trade my experience for the world and look forward in going there as much as i can all he has to say is i would love to go to Mexico this year i say count me in and the kids well that enough i hope that you enjoy Mexican cooking just as much as i do specially home cooked meal in which i learn to cook over the years,

I do. I really love all the Mexican food i've tried, as long as it doesn't have meat in it ('cause i'm a vegetarian). One of my favorite dishes is tomato-tortilla layered Mexican lasagne. I also love roasted pepper fajitas. Yummy.

and so are my twins
i like this pollo con mole stuff
its really good
but they dont have it at the mexican
restuarants round here
so u gotta have someone that knows how to

MMMMMMM....love it! Eat it everyday (married to a mexican woman and we live in San Antonio, Tx.). I'd say my favorite would have to be Chicken Mole (pronounced MO-LAY). Enchiladas Verdes (green) a close second.
