There is not any one cuisine better than another. Traditionally, Mexican and Italian food is high in fat and carbohydrates. Asian food tends to have too mch sodium, while European food is high in fat and sugar. You can see that is good to have a balance in your diet. So too much of one group is not good.

If you mean for me in taste, well I can find something delicious in them all!
