Actually, it never rains on me when I do outdoor things. Some people are rain people. Some people are not. I am a lucky one that always has a sunshiny day when I have something big planned. Sorry you are rain person.

The same happens when I wash my car.. i washed it yesterday today it is raining .. but thank God because we certainly need it. have a good day despite the rain

hmmm...it doesn't, it just seems that way because you don't notice all the sunny days. we have no reason to notice things that DON"T go wrong, as there is no problem to solve...
