I don't know what a cardon is but we can reduce carbon emissions by burning less hydrocarbons. Nuclear, solar, geothermal and wind energy are all resources that we must develop in an accelerated manner as we reduce our use of petroleum, coal natural gas, and wood.
On a personal level, we can drive more efficient automobiles and organize our lives so that we drive less.

There are several ways you can personally reduce your carbon emissions. If you drive a lot of short distances, walk or bike to them rather than driving. If you work with people who live near you, try and get a carpool together with each of you driving one day a week and picking up the others. You can also switch to more efficient light bulbs. This will reduce your energy usage, which can reduce carbon emissions by reducing the input to your energy plant. You can also use mass transit if it exists. When shopping, use reusable bags and containers rather than paper or plastic bags. Also, buy in bulk so you don't need to make so many trips for small things at the store.

Hope this helps!

We must farm large quantities of fast growing high energy trees to capture solar energy and remove carbon from the air and to create a cleaner burning fuel for automobiles. We must also use coal to decompose water to create methanol and Blend the methanol with gasoline.

Public transit for every living soul. Plus the use of human power in our endeavours, be it play or work. Walk More for the planets sake. Which in the end will benefit the walkers. It truly is a win win situation; walking.
