I had straight hair until i was about 8 years old and it is supper curly now. I tried straighting it and hated it for a long time then one day I said if it wants to be curly let it be curly gave up on the chemicals and flat irons my hair looks much healthier and i have found cute ways to style it through trail and error but I just leave it curly no way you can fight nature. I think that if you gave your curls a chance you will learn to love them so many people have straight hair and the curls will make you unique. Think of all the time you will save not flat ironing your hair and how much money you will save on the over priced products it takes to make it straight life is to short and you should spend your time on something more worth while.

It's adolescence, hon! When I was about 4, my hair was very curly. Then, at 6 to now (teenage hood), some of my hairs started getting frizzy! But when I'm an adult, it'll probably be straight again. Or, another example: my dad. He had really straight light blonde hair as a little boy, straight dark blonde hair when he was a bit older, black curly hair as teenager, very curly dark brown/black hair as young adult and now, very straight and black-colored hair! Funny, huh? ;) Just wait and get the right shampoo in the meanwhile! :)

Go to a beauty parlor and ask for Matrix....it's less expensive than the Japanese style. Your hair feels smooth and looks shiny afterwards. You will not regret it. Life is so much more than worrying about your hair before you even open your eyes.
