dear friend
it is easy to format your memory
go too menu>tools
then from options select format memory
it will ask u for your phone lock code

You can only format the memory card. Go to menu -> tools -> memory -> format mem card. If you have some kind of virus then install an antivirus software into your phone thru your PC or can download directly if you have GPRS.
