Talking about someone behind their back is not a good thing at all. Even though you may be having a bit of fun and entertainment with a group of friends, the consequences can lead to disaster.
All you are doing is increasing the amount of hatred in the world.
If what you have to say is constructive critisism, then speak to the person in private, and politely. If, oon the other hand, it is gossip, then forget about it.

to praise someone behind his back is good for him it gives a nice impact for the perticular person
but its not fair to talk abt negative side of a person it spreads hatred . we shouldnt degrade a human being( like us ) coz every single person including myself has bad habits and negative attitudes .when we give respect to others it ll automatically come back to us
always carry a positive attitude with u to build a better society

Not if its something that could hurt them, talking in general about someone behind their back is normal, depending on what your talking about. If its to say something mean and nasty about them keep it to yourself unless you have the guts to say it to their face.

Yes , it's okay i think.. if you have something good to say about someone - say it, people are not always available to hear it themselves.
Make good friends that way , and what's more...we don't want to go into the box or oven one day with enemies ?

Well if your like me and cant help but to talk about ppl, then I agree with and follow " if you cant say it to thier face, then dont say it at all" as everyone knows what you say can be misconstrued. Besides it not fun looking stupid in front of others if you are confronted, he he he he :))

Depends if that persons doing it to you
But mostly no in my oppinion but everyone does it so maybe its all right if its not to offensive and you can defend yourelf when they hear about it.
