look up charles atlas. He has from the 50s and 60s an exercise program designed to use your own body weight and chairs and other items to become a body builder. for example use those exercise rubber tubes. they really work to a point but to actually build muscle you have to add weight such as your body or something else.
To the person above me your wrong. there are exercises called isometric and plyometric. Look it up. It is possible to get in good physical shape doing these. so stop with the disinformation.

High fibre diet, protiens & carbohydrates in your diet. Proper sleep. Plenty of water. Healthy lifestyle.
Alternative days traning schedues, Chest push up, sit-ups, reverse dips, shoulder shrugs, reverse shrugs, abdominal crunchs, duck walk, jogging, cycling. All these can be done without gym.

That is impossible.
If you do not have a gym then all the weight you gain will be fat and not muscle and you will be building a FAT BODY.

when ya go to the pool, bring 2 empty milk containers and push down, youll get musel from that since you have to push down every second, next pull up, if you did then you just picked up 4 gallons of water just do that about 1,000 times and youll have musel
