i baught a hard drive enclosure and the software doesnt work, so i downloaded it and run it and get an error saying, error copy file. can anybody help?

download it again from the internet.
The hard disc may not suitable for your computer system win98, win XP, win32, NTFS,...
Explain the problem to your harddisc seller.
