If they won't go, go see a lawyer yourself to see what you can do about the situation. Your parents will be feeling many emotions over the situation and one of them may be embarrassment over the fact they unintentionally let this happen to them. Also be prepared for them to not want to do anything about the situation themselves, feeling hurt and embarrassed that their own child could do this to them. Be persistent and don't let anger get in the way.
