God has better things to do and think about than someone masturbating. Just be a good person and don`t do anything that hurts anyone and you ll be fine.

Um... dumb question, but why would God have made such an organ capable of such pleasure, and then say you can't use it. I don't know about you, but if I made something for other people to use, I would hope they used it as much as possible. And I can see how some people would argue that there are certain instances god wouldn't want you to do it. But think of it like open source software vs. commercial. Like linux vs windows. You can do whatever you want with linux, and it's encouraged. But your discouraged from doing anything from windows. Why? Because MS would risk loosing money if you did. They have a vested interest, so they don't want you use it that way. Well, God must have a vested interest if he gives you such a toy, and says you can only use it certain ways. What could God possibly need as a result? God is the creator of all that is! God requires nothing. If he did, He would have made it clear (and I don't mean a darn book which has proven to be anything BUT clear!). Masturbate as much as it pleases you! If all else fails, listen to what your heart tells you. Not a darn book, not a bunch of book thumpers or atheists, listen to your own intuition.

The Bible tells us to avoid even the appearance of sexual immorality (Ephesians 5:3). I do not see how masturbating can pass that particular test. Sometimes a good test for whether something is a sin or not is whether you would be proud to tell others what you had just done. If it is something you would be embarrassed or ashamed about if others found out, it is very likely that it is a sin. Another good test is to determine whether we can honestly, in good conscience, ask God to bless and use the particular activity for His own good purposes. I do not think masturbation qualifies as something we can be "proud" of or can genuinely thank God for.

God says in His Bible do not masturbate, your memory will damage. Sex is to communicate with woman. Do not wasting your power love. Smile up.
In order to not much masturbation:
Do not think of your girl friends' body
just be relax every time
stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes as much as possible
eat many cucumbers as much as possible
eat much green vegetables as much as possible
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres pure water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week
and you will be healthier.

Sex is a desire built in the body. And it is a need to met with. If you don't have a legal sex partner, you are adopting another way. That's all.

Masturbation is wrong. Think of it, one does so coz of lust u see lust is wrong in the first place. their is only one way of having sex and that is with husband or wife of the opposite sex of course.
