hey it very easy +91 is india code n after +91 is city code no
like other said 011 is from delhi 022 is from mubai but if u wanna really know address then u have to chk http://www.bsnl.co.in
but if call came from mobile then u have to give me first 5 digit cause every state have diffient in first 5 digit for example gujarat have hutch connection first five digit 98250 to 98259, 98790 to 98799, 99250 to 99259 for karnataka hutch have 98860 to 98869 this r example if u didnt find then send me 5 digit on [e-mail] i will tell u from which city or stated it is

every city has its code no. like Mumbai's code is 022,Delhi's is 011

i dont think it is that easy. but you can go to bsnl site and check whether such facility is available or not.
