You definitely need to be the first to ask her. If she's undecided about who she really wants, then you need to be the one to show her that you mean business. Be truthfull, honest and sincere. But if she says no, then take it with a little grace. If she decides to try the other guy out first, then she may come running back to you when she sees that the grass was greener on the other side. get a makeover tell her how you feel ,, but when you do it make sure you can it her alone and that way you'll have all her attention tell her things about your friend that will turn her off about him,, it your move and it's like checkers,, the wrong move the game is off. I feel as though then again i wouldt'n want anyone like that becuase later on if you too do hook up she might wind up cheating on you for him so i'll say find someone else

wel first of all dont be scared to ask her if you no she likes you there should be no problems then ask her on a date before the other block and if she has a crush on both you and your friend she wont say no just get it over and done with then you can look forward to the date

well..first of all...having a crush on 2 people at the same time is weird....talk to her...or wait until she made up her mind!u know, the other person is your friend and the question is...does ur friend has a crush on her?if not then get her!if yes, then wait or talk to her

I would say move on..and look for another girl..if she wants u'r friend..
it will only hurt u..
and it really doesn't matter who will she choose... coz it will bring to a fight between u and u'r friend..
just leave it..and look for another girl..who will be interest only on u
