AATG.org has many links (German teacher site) (probably one to 'glow' which is a database of German teachers and tutors in the US
goethe.de (Goethe Insititue)

also check out if you have a German-America club (DANK) in the area which may have inexpensive lessons
check the continuing education offereings of your local college or university
check with your local high school--the German teacher there is probably connected
