Hi, thats interesting I have the oppisite problem. Try doing excersise that focuses on the top part of your body, like arm excersises and turning yourself around at your waist from side to side 10 times.

The best way to do it is sit ups with a medicine ball. Make sure you do not "throw" the ball forward and use that momentum to do the sit ups. You want to bring the ball up using just your abs to get the full effect. I usually do these while laying on top of a pilates ball to prevent my back from getting sore.

use a hoop...that would work rlly quickly, and you get to keep ur bum. sit ups are also very effective, but you need strength for that, not to mention quite an ache the next day. the best solution is to go to a gym and asd which machine would be suitable for you

there's a type of sit-up/crunch you can do in which you lie on your side and then sit up. This works your side obliques. This is best done with an ab-roller
