I say that all the time.... me and my husband were trying for 4 years and nothing.. and yet all my friends are going around having babies every year and living on welfare... it makes me sick.. I can afford to have kids and i want kids but nothing... and i do not believe in a doctor making me pregnant.. It would be worth it but i will just settle with not having kids of my own then to go threw that long drawn out process of having this done and that done.
I have a wonderful step daughter and step son that mean to world to me so they are my kids.. there mother on the other hand is a drug addict alcoholic and loves a different man every week..and of course on welfare.. we were fighting for custody of the kids.. but it seems all judges side for the mother no matter how bad they are..The lady from children and youth went to court and said the kids belong with there mother... she loves them..she will change .. the judge of corse went with children and youth... 5 months later they were in a foster home because she got cought using coke in front of them and her b/f beat all 3 of her kids up. and the kids missed 34 days of school! and the only reason anything was done was because i myself went to the children and youth center and was there every day til they did something about it.. i even went to the court house and made a stink
We got the kids but yet after all of that.. children and youth still thinks they should be with there mother..
What makes a bad mother worse is children and youth. and people not opening there mouths and getting something done about them abusing there kids... i opended my mouth and got something done about it. when people see that a kid is not being treated right they should say something and keep saying something. get them kids away from bad parents.
I seriously think that everyone on welfare should be mandatory to get a birth control shot no shot no money! that would cut down on some of them bad mothers that only have babies to get more money.

The ones who shouldn't have kids lose their parental rights & those children end up in foster care & on a rather long list of children waiting to be adopted, where the unfortunate people who can't have children of their own have a chance to adopt them. But these people who can't have a child on their own only want healthly newborns not an emotionaly messed up older kid. ~ if your need to be a parent is that great that you say "why them & not me" well then then I say shame on you !! It shouldn't matter how you become a parent, only that you get to be one. Beggers shouldn't be choosers!!!!

Because people like me, the people that should have kids, know how much responsibility it is and don't wanna deal with it. We have "more important" things to do. And I'm really selfish - too selfish to give up my life to raise a child. I want more for me right now, but maybe later when I meet the right guy...

well life is not fair sometimes...it gives people things they don't deserve..or maybe its to teach the people who doesn't deserve them how to love, and give them the chance to value this bless

There are so many terrible parents out there, but there are sooo many great parents,too. Bad parents are more recognizable, they stand out in a crowd.
