Eat healthy foods. No animal products. Never eat anything, that ever had a face. Drink lots of water. Gets lots of exercise. Get lots of fresh air. Get a good nights sleep. Keep your thought positive, and have a good outlook on the future. Treat people as you would like to be treated.
These are the things I would recommend, if you want to live healthy and be well.

1) Its important to feel good about yourself physically to be happy mentally. Put in some form of exercise in your daily routine.
2)Try yoga. I can't overemphasise how wonderful it is.
3)Never eat until you are hungry. Believe me, this sounds very cliched and dumb and annoying, but it has a lot of wisdom in it.
4)Be happy with yourself the way you are. Have faith in yourself. Don't compare yourself with others, but compare yourself with you, sometime back. I mean be in a process of continuous self-improvement.
5)Please be tolerant of other people, it takes all sorts to make the world.
6)Try and go out of your way to help others in need. When you do this, you will be filled with pure and genuine joy.TRY IT.
7)Basically,please do know that we are all different and unique, and accommodating others and adjusting with them instead of confrontation makes things a lot easier.
8)SMILE. A sincere smile is one curve that sets everything straight!!!

I would say do whatever it takes to be happy. If you don't like your body, eat right and excercise. If you don't like your social life, make an effort to meet people everywhere you go. Make small changes in your everyday life that can lead to a longterm change.
