Drag & drop the songs present on ur computer to the library of Itunes & then update ur ipod from itunes.. The sngs will get loaded on to ur ipod...

there can be several technical answers to that, you need to explain a little more. Did you download music from a file sharing program or website and it wont transfer to itunes?. you downloaded music from itunes but they dont download to your ipod?.

Are they in your ITunes, if they won't go there they won't go into your ipod. yahoo! music won't go in ipods unless you rerecord the song.
