8 USC Sec. 1325:

Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime".
why don't the americans that are sick of all of this just do what the constitution allows us to do:

We have the right to effect an arrest on ANY criminal, but it is usually used for felonies.
if there is a builder who has illegals working for him, invite him over and tie him up and haul him to the nearest police station.
THEY ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO PROCESS YOUR CITIZEN'S ARREST AS IF THEY ARRESTED THE CRIMINAL THEMSELVES!
WE can arrest illegals too and if local does not process the illegal, claiming jurisdictional problems, you can sue them for not upholding the laws of the land!
It is time for REAL action!!!
don't you guys think so? if we stop using our rights, the government will eliminate them!

i agree whole-heartedly with ya on this issue. I'm NOT American, i am Canadian - but, believe it or not, the same stuff happens here. Do you see anything done about it? Not much, no. It is time for the people to start doing something about it, since the law officials won't get off their A***es to do anything. It's up to the Citizen's to do things now, put the law in our own hands. They would be legally bound to do something if we did citizen arrests, and like you said, be sued if they don't do anything.

So, yes, i do believe it should be put in the constitution, because illegal's are just getting way outta hand on BOTH sides.

I know exactly what would happen in my town. I'd be arrested for kidnapping. Let me give you an example. A woman I used to work with worked in a convenience store. A man on a motorcycle pumped some gas and tried to leave without paying. She would have been responsible for paying if she didn't stop him. So she had someone call the police and ran after the man and physically detained him until the police arrived. When the officer arrived he asked THE MAN if he wanted to press charges. He said he would let it go, and was allowed to drive away without paying for his gas. What do you think would happen in any similar circumstance in this hellhole?

Citizens arrests are well and good. However, the law also requires that you use force suitable to the occassion, and wrestling a builder to the ground in your living room and tying him up might not be considered appropriate to the circumstance.

Also, you had really, really better be right and able to prove that the guy did it 'knowingly'!

As always, your posts make good sense. You can always tell the thinkers from the 'one syllable criminal club'.

I always write congress members, pass out fliers, try to educate people here about the illegal situation and we have managed to gather a few like minded people who care about our laws.

Keep doing what you are doing.

Good idea,but if you actually did this,you would probably have the WORTHLESS bunch of communistic ACLU lawyers,trying to sue YOU on behalf of the ILLEGALS!!!
But you CAN write,call and e-mail your congressmen,tell them NO AMNESTY,NO GUEST WORKER program for ILLEGALS!!! Start a BOYCOTT of businesses that HIRE illegals,such as Tyson chicken,and Pilgrim's Shame!!! I have CALLED these places,and told them EXACTLY what i thought of them hiring illegals!! They will try to LIE to you,but tell them you saw THEM mentioned on the news!!! I told them i will NEVER buy their products as long as they hire illegals!!! Well if everyone did that, the US WOULD loss alot more money, and companies would go out because companies hires labor workers for cheap, don't have to pay insurances and all that other bull ****..and the jobs are done better..

Amen to that!!!!! Now the thing is to get the courts to uphold and enforce it. Yes we can make citizen's arrests, but it's up to the cops and courts to enforce the law.

i saw a guy on tv do this and he would walk up to mexicans and ask them if they were legal and to show him papers he then would call the ins and they wouldnt come out. he did this during their protest and called and said they have mexican flags and are chanting mexico in front of my goverment building and the ins wouldnt do anything how sad !
