I was born in Romania and therfore i'm a romanian citizen. Around 25 years ago (here it was a dictatorial regim ruled by Ceausescu) my father managed to reach US and asked for political asylum, and finaly years after he got his green card in the beggining and finaly the citizenship
My mother remain in Romania with me (i had around 2-3 years at that time) and because it was very hard for her to rise me alone in a proper way , she remaried 5 years after. Anyway now also my natural father has started a new family (maried with childrens) in US. I know that sometimes after the fall of comunism ('90 - '92) he made the papers for his mother (my grandmother) based on on the family reunion reason and therfore she is also established in US now.
Because since the last year i begin comunicate with him i ask him if it is possible to do the same for me and he told me that because the fact i'm a married man now i've becomed a second degree relative to him so the "family reunion" clause is unavilabe

Your father, as a US citizen, can petition for you, whether you are married or single. Your age and marital status determine your priority. Here is the information you need:

Hey there, I responded to your little comment about me. I can make fun of my religion and I can criticize my religion all I want. So keep your name calling to yourself. I don't like to be judged by Christians and especially by pathetic atheists like you:(
