i am nice and have a lot of friends. but i am not the prettiest girl. do guys care about personality or looks?

Guys care about personality for friends and care about looks and (sometimes) personality for lovers. On the good side (perhaps), different guys like different looks, so for almost any girl, there are guys who will be attracted to her. It's often just a question of whether the guys that like her are the guys that she likes.
Many guys like outgoing girls. Outgoing guys often like them. Unfortunately, introverted guys will often mistake an extravert's outgoing nature for interest. Such guys will often then become interested in the girl, only to find out that she was just being outgoing and treats every other guy the same way. So really, the best bet for an outgoing girl is an outgoing guy, unless she really likes the quieter guy.

I determine if I want to get to know a girl by looks, but if she doesn't have a personality that I get along with, then I'm not interested.
For me personally, being shy, I'm not really into outgoing girls, although it depends on how you define outgoing. For me I think of girls who party all the time, love going out clubbing.

Hang out and let the guys get to know you. The prettiest girl isn't always the best girl for the man. Most guys end up with who their comfortable with! And pretty girls usually end up with the good looking guy but, not always good! Remember, guys that aren't the best looking usually end up the best partners!

Outgoing is the very best thing you can be . . believe it or not, most guys are pertrified of rejection and build up all kinds of mechanisms to avoid being rejected . . If a girl is wonderful warm and outgoing she hes a better chance of attracting really nice men just because they adore being in her cheerful company

as i find out, looks does matter to a lot of people, but there are few that won't mind to a certain extent, but very rare. many people will say the most important thing is the personally, but i can tell you many BS...but i want to say everyone judge good or bad looking differently so....a outraging girl is definitely an attractive quality for many guys.

If you are atrociously ugly then you need a massively good personality to cover for that. Generally, guys prefer girls that are outgoing than girls that prefer to stay in the dark coner of their houses.

yea sure... i'm also outgoing and i think many guys like that.... but most of the time, they like me as a friend.... but don't change one bit... just keep it real... the guy for you, whoever he is, will love you for who you REALLY are...
