Take a nice hot bath. Use something like lavender to add a calming effect. As your body temperature lowers, you will get sleepy and easily fall asleep.

Dont worry friend. Before going to bed take a glass of warm milk with honey. Listen to music, read books.
Believe that if you want your daughter to be happy, then you need to be happiest...............
Keep smiling.

try relaxing and not thinking about sleeping, how dreppressed you are.... Try imagining you are running through a forest, visualize everything: the feeling of running, the smells, the forest.
Do NOT thinking about how tired you are, how you absolutly have to sleep...
Good luck

Drink warm milk (it has to be heated to release the natural sedative) or eat white meat turkey. (Now you know why you always feel sleepy after Thanksgiving meal!)
